Who is this kit for?

Can I use it for more than one property?
Yes. One purchasing person or business may keep a master and duplicate or adapt it for properties they own or serve. Staff within the same purchasing business may use it for that work. Blank templates and the editable master cannot be redistributed outside that business.
What does the homeowner receive?
You can provide the relevant client or homeowner with the completed property-specific PDF or printed handover. Keep the editable working file private and check every page and link before sharing.
What do I need to edit it?
The editable files are Word .docx documents with ordinary text and tables. The master is unprotected and has no macros. Page flow may vary in other editors, so review your exported PDF after making changes.
Are the property details and manuals included?
No property research, customization service, third-party manuals or default maintenance schedule is included. You collect and check the information and source files for each property. The example PDF uses invented data, clearly labelled fictional.
Does it replace disclosures or inspections?
The kit is an organizational reference. It does not replace required property disclosures, inspections, warranties, manufacturer instructions or professional advice, and does not certify property condition or safety.
