XeeShell Home-Handover Kit: use terms

One purchasing person or business, including staff within that business, may duplicate and adapt the kit for properties they own or serve. Completed property-specific PDFs and printed handovers may be supplied to the relevant client or homeowner, including as part of a paid service. The editable master and blank or partly completed reusable templates may not be resold, shared or redistributed outside the purchasing business.

You collect and check the property information. Property research, customization, third-party manuals and a default maintenance schedule are not included. This is an organizational reference, not a substitute for required disclosures, inspections, manufacturer instructions, warranties or professional advice. It does not certify the condition or safety of a property.
